DOAC Interferences

Andrew Goodwin, MD, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, University of Vermont Medical Center, told us about several substance that interfere with direct oral anticoagulant therapy and pointed us to the University of Washington Anticoagulation Services web site.
