Larry Smith is the director of the coagulation and hemostasis labs at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In addition, he is licensed in hematology and flow cytometry. He is an adjunct professor at Long Island University and at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Health Sciences Division). He has authored several publications and a textbook chapter. Larry is also a member of ASCLS, AACC, ASH, ISTH, ASCP, ACLPS, and IACATH. On a personal note, he likes to play the piano, study languages, bike and roller blade.
