Steve, thank you for your timely research on this issue. There is growing interest in antiplatelet monitoring, but considerable variation in results among the various platforms. To Bert I would be inclined to suggest we look for assays that are supported with plenty of data. Geo.

Helena claim re Plavix
Hi George:
I noted with interest the question from "Bert" as to whether Helena Plateletworks is indicated for monitoring Plavix. FDA 510(k)061991 (Plateletworks Arachadonic Acid) does indicate aspirin... but no mention of Plavix. Possibly an "off-label" indication? Thought FF visitors would want to be aware.
